As Türkiye's first and only specialized university in the field of aviation and space sciences, University of Turkish Aeronautical Association is honored to announce the 7th International Aviation Management Conference (INTAVIC' 25). The conference will be held online during September 04-06, 2025.

The International Aviation Management Conference was first held in December 2012 as the first and only international conference held in Türkiye directly focusing on aviation management. Since then, it is held once in every two years, bringing together scholars, industry participants, as well as many national and international bodies with the aim of creating a platform for discussions, exchanging information, and sharing academic findings on recent trends, innovations, and challenges in the field of aviation management.

In each conference, we aim to focus on a different and recent aviation theme in order to present the relevant academic research and its policy implications as a contribution to the decision-making process within the aviation industry.

This year, current theme for the 7th International Aviation Management Conference is selected as “Woman In Aviation”.

In order to provide an academic contribution to the “25by2025” project, launched by International Air Transportation Association (IATA) with the objective of increasing the employment of women in roles where women are underrepresented in the aviation sector, especially in senior management levels, by 25% or at least 25% by 2025, the subject of our congress, which will be held for the 7th time in 2025, is entitled “Woman in Aviation”. As in other professional domains, women in the aviation sector, particularly those in senior positions, encounter numerous barriers in the business world. However, the promotion of gender equality in business life will contribute to achieving a balanced and optimal distribution of power at all levels. Consequently, the chosen topic for this year holds critical importance, aligning with the objectives of IATA.

We would be honored and excited to see you among us at the 7th International Aviation Management Conference in September 2025.

Looking forward to your participation.

Best regards,
